Luminex offers a flexible Commercial Agency solution in Jordan to provide foreign companies with an on-the-ground local partner to facilitate the sale and distribution of products. All products must be registered with the authorities in order to be sold. We provide local representation and will register the products and provide local administrative support.

As with our other services we offer full transparency and a clear, easy exit strategy. Normally the company will sell the products remotely or place a sales representative on the ground in country with our assistance. We charge a flat service fee to be your Commercial Agents in Jordan; this is fixed at the start of the agreement to ensure visibility

Financial Management - We provide full in-country financial management services to clients. From payroll, local billing, accounting and tax filing to managing and processing all in-country banking transactions. This can then be billed back to the client in one clear, itemised monthly invoice.

Compliance - We provide comprehensive local regulatory compliance support from AML, KYC, and tax compliance to ensuring alignment with local employment laws and regulations. We work with you to create and maintain a practical suite of compliance documentation and procedures to meet the precise needs of your business.
